Product Description + Basic Use

A pressure-equalized Rear Ventilated Rainscreen system for exterior or interior wall panel used in new construction or renovation, commercial and other applications. Some typical uses include; exterior wall panels, fascia panels, ceiling panels, spandrel panels, beam and column covers, wall trim, accent panels and signage. Non-load bearing use only.

Composition + Material

Ceramitex® Sintered Ceramic panels consist of a sintered ceramic slab manufactured with fiberglass reinforced mesh backing that is adhered to our proprietary Unity® attachment technology.

Sizing + Details

Panels are available in sizes up to 5’ x 10.5’ (1500mm x 3200mm) in the 6mm thickness and 4.5’ x 10.5’ (1440mm x 3200mm) in the 8mm. Standard panel thicknesses are 1/4” (6mm) and 5/16” (8mm). Additional thickness available is 1/2” (12mm).

Finish Options

Satin

Completely matte finish, highly resistant and ideal for commercial applications.

Silk

Matte finish with a thin layer of glaze that provides a subtle shine and a nice soft touch. This surface finish is easy to clean.

Riverwashed

Finish with a rough texture that evokes sensations to the touch.

Polished

Bright finish with a perfectly linear reflection that confers depth and elegance. Ideal for low transit decorative spaces.

Product Description + Basic Use

Installation guides, specifications and videos are available. Ceramitex® must be installed by an Elemex® qualified installer. Elemex® can provide training and certification to local installers. For additional details on installer training contact info@elemex.com.

Maintenance

Ceramitex® Sintered Ceramic Facade panels have a surface that repels dirt, is graffiti-proof and is easily cleaned with soap and water. As the panels are UV- and impact-resistant, they maintain their appearance over time.

Unity® Attachment Technology: a proprietary integrated attachment technology developed and perfected by Elemex® to panelize, mount and seamlessly integrate a variety of surfaces such as: Sintered Ceramic, ACM, Aluminum Plate and other specialty veneers.
